Super High Roller Pick A Card

Description of Promotion:

• Super High Roller Poker Pick-A-Card runs November 17 - November 23, 2024. Each day players who earn 20 BRPs playing poker cash games or tournaments during the promotional period will be able to access Super High Roller Poker Pick-A-Card. Players may only participate once a day.
• Earn poker bonus and loyalty rewards (“BRPs”) daily playing any real money poker games during the promotional period to access the Super High Roller Poker Pick-A-Card.

• This promotion runs daily from November 17, 2024 12:01 AM EST to November 23, 2024 11:59 PM EST

Eligibility:

• This Promotion is open to all BORGATA ONLINE players playing within the state of Pennsylvania or New Jersey on the BORGATA ONLINE website or mobile application.
• To be eligible, players must be 21 years of age or older and playing physically within the state of Pennsylvania or New Jersey not be on an exclusion or self-exclusion list, and not otherwise be an Unauthorized Person (as defined in the Terms of Service).
• All personal and contact data associated to the player’s account must be verifiable.
• Employees, officers, directors, members, and representatives of BetMGM, LLC (“Sponsor”), its parent and affiliate companies, and any advertising agency or web company connected with Sponsor, as well as immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such person, are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. Claiming Promotional Offer:

• To Pick-A-Card, players must earn 20 BRPs each day between 12:01 AM and 11:59 PM during the Promotional Period. Players may earn BRPs by playing any real money poker games. Players may only participate once a day.
• $2500 Super High Roller Ticket will be credited within 24 hours and available for immediate use. Tickets can be used for any Super High Roller $2500 tournament, check the poker client for schedule. Tickets expire on 11/24/24. Tickets are non-transferrable and non-negotiable.
• $250 Super High Roller qualifier ticket will be credited within 24 hours. Tickets can be used for any $250 Super High Roller qualifier tournament, check the poker client for schedule. Tickets expire on 11/24/24. Tickets are non-transferrable and non-negotiable.
• $25 Super High Roller qualifier ticket will be credited within 24 hours. Tickets can be used for any $25 Super High Roller qualifier tournament, check the poker client for schedule. Tickets expire on 11/24/24.Tickets are non-transferrable and non-negotiable.

Registration Procedure:

• Player must be a registered user of the Borgata Online website or mobile application.
• To Create a Borgata Online account, select “Register” and fill out the online registration form. Provide your first and last name, email, date of birth, account name and password, SSN, phone number, and address. You may be prompted to create two security questions. Please remember your security questions and answers as you may need them in the future if you forget your password.
• All information must be valid in order for the account to be verified. You cannot place a wager until your account is verified.

Limitations on Participation:

• Poker Pick a Card prizes will be credited to players Borgata Online account within twenty-four (24) hours.
• Promotion is subject at all times to the then-current terms and conditions of the Borgata Online Rewards program.

Wagering Requirements:

• Players must earn at least 20 BRPs playing real money poker daily to be able to pick a card

Order of Funds used for wagering:

• Players will need to use real money to earn 20 BRPs playing real money poker
• Players will receive tournament tickets that must be used before expiration
• Tournament tickets will be used to join eligible tournaments.

Eligible Games:

• Awarded Poker Tickets can be used for all specified poker tournaments
• Earn BRPs by playing any real money poker games

Restrictions on Withdrawal:

• Awarded tickets are non-withdrawable. Potential real money winnings won from a registered tournament are withdrawable

Cancellation:

• Players may cancel their participation in this promotion if they do not reach 20 BRPs for the day. If a player wants to cancel their participation in this promotion, regardless of the BRPs they have earned, it will not have an effect on their BRPs.
• Neither participation nor use of a received tournament ticket is required and any unused tournament tickets will expire.

Important Terms:

A Force Majeure Event expressly includes (i) an outbreak or resurgence of COVID-19 (as defined by the World Health Organization, which, together with any related strains, variants and mutations thereof and other similar infectious diseases, are collectively referred to herein as “COVID-19”), or (ii) action, order, regulation or guidance taken or issued by a government authority in response to an actual or threatened outbreak or resurgence of COVID-19.
• Released Parties are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion; (ii) technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions which may limit or interfere with a participant’s ability to take part in this Promotion; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process of this Promotion; (iv) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of this Promotion or the processing of entries; (v) late, lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, undeliverable, damaged or stolen entries or notices (including winner notifications, if applicable); (vi) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry or other materials; (vii) any printing, typographical, human, administrative or technical errors or omissions in any material associated with this Promotion; (viii) any injury, loss, costs, expenses or damages to persons or property (including, but not limited to, damage to any computer system or mobile device related to participation in, accessing or downloading information related to this Promotion) which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participant’s participation in this Promotion or any related activity; (ix) any illegal activity by participant or anyone acting in concert with participant; and/or (x) any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by any persons.

• Sponsor reserves the right to alter, discontinue or terminate this Promotion, or any aspect of it, at any time, with or without notice, in the event that the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation if there has been any printing, production, distribution or other error in any promotion communication or on the platform, or where there has been any error in the preparation for or conduct of any promotion affecting the result of this Promotion or the number of participants or the value of claims.
• Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel this Promotion in its entirety or exclude any individual or individuals from participation if it determines at its sole discretion that there is fraud or there are any irregularities or abuses occurring in connection with this Promotion.
• Upon request for cancellation, Sponsor will inform the player of the amount of unrestricted funds that will be returned upon cancellation and the value of restricted funds that will be removed from the participant’s Account. If the participant elects to proceed with cancellation, unrestricted funds remaining in a participant’s interactive gaming account will be returned in accordance with the terms and conditions.
