Borgata may modify the rules at any time by posting the modified terms on the relevant page(s) of the platform.

Registration Procedure:

Online players in New Jersey with accounts in good standing are eligible to participate in Sit & Go tournaments.
Log in to your online poker account while in the state of New Jersey.
Register for Sit & Go tournament(s) via cash buy-in, Tournament Dollars or Tournament Tickets.

Limitations on Participation:

Account must be active and in good standing (i.e., must not be on any exclusionary lists).

Restrictions on Withdrawal:

Cash, Sit & Go Tournament Tickets and Tournament Dollars may be used to buy in to online tournaments.
Sit & Go Tournament Tickets are non-negotiable and non-transferable.

Cancellation:

Tournament schedule is subject to and conditional upon the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement’s continuing regulatory approval of the network sites. Should such regulatory approval be withdrawn for any reason prior to the end of the tournament, the tournament and/or promotion shall be null and void.
Network reserves the right to change or cancel this tournament in its entirety or exclude any individual or individuals from participation if it determines at its sole discretion that there are any irregularities or abuses occurring in connection with the tournament.
