Description of Promotion:

• Participate in our SPINS Leaderboard promotion for a chance to win weekly prizes. Prizes will be awarded to the top 5 SPINS Leaderboard Point earners in each buy-in level.
• This is a shared Leaderboard promotion on BetMGM Poker and Borgata Online Poker where players will earn Leaderboard Points by playing SPINS tournaments.
• Players can only earn prizes on one (1) poker account. For example, if a player wagers on both BetMGM and Borgata Online Poker accounts, only the account in which a higher placed position is held will be eligible for any prize.
• For this promotion, a week (“Promotional week”) begins on Monday 12:01 AM ET and ends Friday at 11:59 PM ET.
  • For example, one week would be Monday, April 14 to Friday, April 18

Promotional Period:

• This promotion is available to participants from April 14, 12:01 AM EST – October 3, 2025, 11:59 PM EST.
• A “promotional week” is from Monday at 12:01 AM ET – Friday at 11:59 PM.

Eligibility:

• Players with online BetMGM and Borgata Online accounts. Existing customers only.
• To be eligible, players must be 21 years of age or older and playing physically within the state/province of New Jersey or Michigan, not be on an exclusion or self-exclusion list, and not otherwise be an Unauthorized Person (as defined in the Terms of Service).
• All personal and contact data associated to the player’s account must be verifiable.
• Employees, officers, directors, members, and representatives of BetMGM, LLC (“Sponsor”), its parent and affiliate companies, and any advertising agency or web company connected with Sponsor, as well as immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such person, are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants. Sponsor additionally reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict the eligibility of any individual to participate in this Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on a participant’s wagering patterns or wagering history.
• Any individual with a BetMGM or Borgata Online account on any product in one or more jurisdictions where BetMGM or Borgata Online operates that has been involuntarily closed, suspended (including any accounts in cool-off status), or where such account has been marked as fraudulent, is ineligible to participate in, and/or receive a prize, for this Promotion even where such entrant may seek entry in this Promotion through an active account in another jurisdiction.

Action Required:

• Sign-in to your BetMGM or Borgata Online Poker account during the Promotional Period.
• Opt into the promotion once during the promotional period
• Play in Spins Tournaments and earn leaderboard points weekly. If you finish within the top 5 on the leaderboard for the week, you will earn Spins Tournament Tickets.
• For every qualifying SPINS tournament you play, you will earn SPINS Leaderboard Points. We will keep track of your points and rank you on our SPINS Leaderboard.
• We will use the following calculation to determine your points for each qualifying SPINS Tournament you play
  • Leaderboard Points = (buy-in – rake) x Table Multiplier
    • Buy-in = cost of SPINS Tournament buy-in
    • Table multiplier = multiplier determined at the start of SPINS tournament
• These Terms and Conditions may be modified by BetMGM, LLC or Borgata Online at any time by posting the modified terms on the relevant page(s) of Sponsor’s website. Sponsor recommends players to revisit these Terms and Conditions regularly. By player’s continued participation in this Promotion, player accepts any such modified terms.

Claiming Promotional Offer:

• At the end of each week of the promotional period, prizes will be awarded to the top 5 SPINS Leaderboard Point earners in each buy-in level.
• Winners of the SPINS Leaderboard promotion will be credited their winnings within 24 hours after the conclusion of the Leaderboard promotion.
• SPINS Tournament Tickets expire after 7 days after issuance.
• In the event of a tie, between the winning positions from Rank 1 through 5, prizes will be awarded in full to all tied players.

Leaderboard Prizes:

• Players must register and participate in qualifying SPINS Tournament(s) in order to earn SPINS Leaderboard Points
• All prizes are awarded as SPINS Tournament tickets.

Registration Procedure:

• SPINS tournaments are listed in the SPINS lobby
• Players must register and participate in SPINS tournament(s) in order to earn SPINS Leaderboard points
• To create a BetMGM or Borgata Online account, select “Register” and fill out the online registration form. Provide your first and last name, email, date of birth, account name and password, SSN, phone number, and address. You may be prompted to create two security questions. Please remember your security questions and answers as you may need them in the future if you forget your password.
• All information must be valid in order for the account to be verified. You cannot place a wager until your account is verified.

Limitations on Participation:

• Real money poker play results in earning BRPs for poker SPINS games which are used to track play. Player will earn loyalty points (BRPs) for all poker SPINS games, but will only earn Leaderboard Points by playing $1, $5, $10 $25 or $50 SPINS Tournaments.
• Players will earn Leaderboard points by participating in qualifying SPINS Tournaments.
• BRP are subject at all times to the then-current terms and conditions of the BetMGM Rewards program.
• If the participant is targeted by a promotional campaign in more than one eligible jurisdiction, and if the participant opts to participate in the campaign in multiple eligible jurisdictions, any rewards, credits, or other indicators of value (“Rewards”) that the participant earns through successful gameplay (including progress toward any such Rewards) will not transfer from one eligible jurisdiction to another.

Wagering Requirements:

• Must play SPINS Tournaments to earn SPINS Leaderboard Points for placement to win SPINS Tournament Tickets.

Order of Funds Used for Wagering:

• Players may use real money funds or SPINS Tickets to buy into SPINS tournaments

Restrictions on Withdrawal:

• Poker SPINS Tickets cannot be withdrawn or cashed out. They can only be used for SPINS Tournaments.

Cancellation:

• If the player no longer wants to participate in this promotion, there is no action needed to cancel the promotion.

A Force Majeure Event expressly includes (i) an outbreak or resurgence of COVID-19 (as defined by the World Health Organization, which, together with any related strains, variants and mutations thereof and other similar infectious diseases, are collectively referred to herein as “COVID-19”), or (ii) action, order, regulation or guidance taken or issued by a government authority in response to an actual or threatened outbreak or resurgence of COVID-19.
• Released Parties are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion; (ii) technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions which may limit or interfere with a participant’s ability to take part in this Promotion; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process of this Promotion; (iv) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of this Promotion or the processing of entries; (v) late, lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, undeliverable, damaged or stolen entries or notices (including winner notifications, if applicable); (vi) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry or other materials; (vii) any printing, typographical, human, administrative or technical errors or omissions in any material associated with this Promotion; (viii) any injury, loss, costs, expenses or damages to persons or property (including, but not limited to, damage to any computer system or mobile device related to participation in, accessing or downloading information related to this Promotion) which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participant’s participation in this Promotion or any related activity; (ix) any illegal activity by participant or anyone acting in concert with participant; and/or (x) any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by any persons.
• This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
• Sponsor reserves the right to alter, discontinue or terminate this Promotion, or any aspect of it, at any time, with or without notice, in the event that the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation if there has been any printing, production, distribution or other error in any promotion communication or on the platform, or where there has been any error in the preparation for or conduct of any promotion affecting the result of this Promotion or the number of participants or the value of claims.
• Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel this Promotion in its entirety or exclude any individual or individuals from participation if it determines at its sole discretion that there is fraud or there are any irregularities or abuses occurring in connection with this Promotion.
• Upon request for cancellation, Sponsor will inform the player of the amount of unrestricted funds that will be returned upon cancellation and the value of restricted funds that will be removed from the participant’s Account. If the participant elects to proceed with cancellation, unrestricted funds remaining in a participant’s interactive gaming account will be returned in accordance with the terms and conditions.
