Description of Promotion:

• The Luck of Borgata Spin the Wheel runs March 1 – March 31, 2023. Each day players who earn 15 BRPs playing poker cash games or tournaments during the promotional period will be able to access The Luck of Borgata Spin the Wheel. Players may only participate once a day
• Spin the Wheel consists of the following prizes:
  • $100 Daily C-Note Ticket
  • $25 Cash Game Bonus
  • $10 Tournament Ticket
  • 25 Free Spins on Starburst™
  • $1 SPINS Ticket

Eligibility:

• To be eligible players must be 21 years of age or older and playing within the state of New Jersey.
• To be eligible all personal and contact data associated with player’s account must be verifiable.

Limitations on Participation:

• Real money poker play results in earning BRPs for poker cash games which are used to track play.
• Spin-the-wheel prizes will be credited to the player’s account within 24 hours.
• Players will earn loyalty points (BRPs) for all poker cash game rake.

Poker Bonus Requirements:

• Players must earn 15 BRPs each day between 12:01 AM and 11:59 PM. Earn BRPs playing poker cash games or tournaments during the promotional period. One (1) spin per player per day.

Order of Funds Used for Wagering:

• $100 Daily C-Note Ticket will be credited within 24 hours and available for immediate use. Tickets can be used for any Daily C-Note Tournament which runs Monday to Sunday at 7 pm. Tickets expire fourteen (14) days from issue.
• $25 Cash Game Bonus will be credited within 24 hours. Play 50 raked hands in any cash game $0.25/$0.50 or higher to release. Player has thirty (30) days to meet the wagering requirement.
• $10 Tournament Ticket will be credited within 24 hours. Tickets can be used for any $10 tournament, check the poker client for schedule. Tickets expire fourteen (14) days from issue.
• 25 Free Spins will be credited within 24 hours. Spins can be used on Starburst™ game. Any winnings associated with the bonus will be credited as Bonus Dollars. Player has fourteen (14) days to meet the wagering requirement of 15x on casino to cash out associated winnings. For every $1 in bonus, the player must wager $15 on casino. Any associated winnings will expire if the wagering requirement is not met before the conclusion of the listed wagering period.
• $1 SPINS Ticket will be credited within 24 hours. Tickets can be used for any $1 SPINS tournament, check the poker client for schedule. Tickets expire 14 days from issue.

Eligible Games:

• All poker cash games and tournaments.

Cancellation:

• This promotion is offered subject to and conditional upon the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement’s continuing regulatory approval of the network sites. Should such regulatory approval be withdrawn for any reason prior to the end of the promotion, this promotion shall be null and void. Any bonus earned before approval is withdrawn will nonetheless be credited to the player’s account.
• Borgata Poker reserves the right to alter, discontinue or terminate any promotion, or any aspect of it, at any time, with or without notice, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if there has been any printing, production, distribution, or other error in any promotion communication or on the platform, or where there has been any error in the preparation for or conduct of any promotion affecting the result of the promotion or the number of participants or the value of claims.
• Borgata Poker reserves the right to change or cancel this promotion in its entirety or exclude any individual or individuals from participation if it determines at its sole discretion that there are any irregularities or abuses occurring in connection with the promotion.
