How To Participate:
- All Borgata Poker players in the state of New Jersey are eligible for this promotion, no opt-in required.
- As players earn BRPs throughout the week, they will earn cash.
- Players will be awarded the highest prize achieved (based on BRPs earned from Monday through Sunday).

Terms and Conditions
Promotional Period:
- Promotion runs weekly (Monday through Sunday) from April 3 – December 31, 2023.
Eligibility:
- Player must be over 21 years of age and be playing within the state of New Jersey.
- All personal and contact data associated with player’s account must be verifiable.
Valid/Featured Games:
- All poker cash games and/or poker tournaments.
Limitations on Participation:
- The Cashback Grind is based on players’ real money poker play. Real money poker play results in earning BRPs for poker cash games and/or poker tournaments, which are used to track play in the Cashback Grind.
- The Cashback Grind will be awarded within 24 hours at the conclusion of each week and is limited to one (1) redemption per real money account. The week runs Monday through Sunday.
- Players will earn loyalty points (BRPs) for all poker cash game rake and tournament fees paid.

Wager Requirements:
- Borgata Rewards Points (BRPs) earned from 12:00 AM (EST) Monday through 11:59 PM Sunday will count toward Cashback Grind earnings.
Cancellation:
- This promotion is offered subject to and conditional upon the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement’s continuing regulatory approval of the network sites. Should such regulatory approval be withdrawn for any reason prior to the end of the promotion, this promotion shall be null and void. Any bonus earned before approval is withdrawn will nonetheless be credited to the player’s account.
- Borgata Poker reserves the right to alter, discontinue or terminate any promotion, or any aspect of it, at any time, with or without notice, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if there has been any printing, production, distribution or other error in any promotion communication or on the platform, or where there has been any error in the preparation for or conduct of any promotion affecting the result of the promotion or the number of participants or the value of claims.
